Job Title: Energy Sales Representative
Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: NGN 250,000 – 400,000 per month
Job Type: Part-time
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Customer Engagement:
- Proactively contact potential customers via phone, email, and video conferencing to introduce products and conduct sales demonstrations.
- Identify, engage, and develop new customer relationships while maintaining strong connections with existing clients.
- Understand customer needs through in-depth communication and provide tailored energy solutions.
- Sales Process Management:
- Prepare and submit quotations, contracts, and sales proposals.
- Track sales progress to ensure timely and smooth completion of transactions.
- Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback to refine the company’s sales strategies.
- Assist in resolving customer issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Reporting and Continuous Follow-up:
- Continuously follow up with customers to provide support and seek cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Regularly report sales performance to the sales manager and prepare relevant reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
- Experience:
- 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the energy industry.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and achieve sales goals independently.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a persuasive ability.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
