About Us
We are a dynamic agency managing multiple consumer brands in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) space. We’re looking for a marketing generalist with deep knowledge of eCommerce DTC strategies, lead nurturing, audience segmentation, and digital advertising expenditure. This role is ideal for those who want to drive sales, optimize marketing practices, and enhance overall brand performance.
Job Position: eCommerce Marketing Assistant
Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM – 6 PM EST
Salary: $2.5K – $3K per month
Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Enhancement: Spearhead initiatives to improve the website’s user interface and user experience, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and engaging customer journey.
- Tech Support & Product Page Development: Collaborate with the team to enhance tech support and product pages, making them informative, user-friendly, and aligned with customer needs.
- Shopify Store Management: Oversee all aspects of the Shopify store, from layout and design to product listings and customer interactions.
- Klaviyo Optimization: Utilize provided media assets to create compelling content in Klaviyo, enhancing email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Traffic and Sales Growth: Implement strategies to increase store traffic and sales, using analytics to guide decisions and measure success.
- Reporting and Analytics: Regularly analyze store performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years in DTC marketing, with a focus on e-commerce.
- UI/UX Skills: Proven track record in enhancing UI/UX for e-commerce platforms.
- Shopify Expertise: Experience with Shopify store management and optimization.
- Klaviyo Proficiency: Skilled in using Klaviyo for email marketing, with a knack for creating engaging content with provided assets.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills, with experience in using data to drive e-commerce growth.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work EST hours.
