We are a tech startup seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Education Administrator and Instructor to join our team. This position involves developing and delivering engaging educational content for children aged 1 to 7, while managing the overall operations of our early childhood program. The role emphasizes fostering cognitive, social, and emotional development in young learners and supporting parents with effective learning strategies.

Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: ₦400,000 – ₦800,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver age-appropriate educational content to nurture children’s cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Manage the operations of the early childhood program, including curriculum development, staff coordination, and resource management.
- Ensure the program meets educational standards and complies with regulations.
- Create a structured learning environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and active learning.
- Provide parental guidance on child development and effective learning strategies.
- Regularly assess children’s progress using tailored developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with teams to continuously improve the curriculum and overall educational experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in early childhood education or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early education.
- Familiarity with play-based and inquiry-based learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children and parents.
- Minimum academic qualification of HND (MSc or certifications in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related fields are a plus).
