About the Role

The Remote Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. You will also manage the company’s HubSpot CRM and lead email marketing efforts to nurture and engage leads. This is a fast-paced role that requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and analytical thinking. Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Campaign Management

As the Digital Media Specialist, you will lead the charge in managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Instagram/Facebook), and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Your goal will be to:

  • Plan and launch digital ad campaigns: Focus on awareness, lead generation, and audience engagement.

  • Optimize campaigns for maximum impact: Leverage your analytical skills to adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets to achieve the best results.

  • Maximize ROI: Effectively allocate smaller budgets to achieve larger outcomes and track performance closely to ensure all campaigns meet KPIs.

Your experience in paid media will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth through targeted advertising.

2. HubSpot CRM & Email Marketing

Managing HubSpot CRM will be central to your role, ensuring that the company’s customer data is well-maintained and utilized effectively. Your tasks will include:

  • Building email campaigns: Craft targeted email workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.

  • Email automation: Implement email automation to ensure timely, personalized communication with leads.

  • CRM hygiene: Maintain and clean the CRM to ensure efficient operations and data accuracy, which is crucial for effective marketing campaigns.

Your expertise in CRM tools and email marketing will enhance the company’s ability to engage and convert leads through automated workflows.

3. Email Newsletters & Campaigns

You will oversee the creation and execution of email newsletters, promotional blasts, and drip campaigns:

  • Create, segment, and track email campaigns: Align campaigns with the brand’s voice and marketing objectives.

  • Schedule emails: Ensure newsletters and promotional content are delivered on time and with the correct segmentation for maximum effectiveness.

  • Track email performance: Measure the success of each email campaign and adjust strategies based on open rates, click-through rates, and conversion data.

This responsibility requires a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of email marketing best practices.

4. Website Management

While this role doesn’t require deep technical expertise, familiarity with CMS platforms like Webflow is necessary. Your tasks will include:

  • Updating website content: Make minor updates to the company’s website, such as adding new videos, updating sections, and optimizing the user experience.

  • Monitor site performance: Assist with basic website troubleshooting and performance enhancements to improve overall site functionality.

5. Reporting & Optimization

You will be responsible for tracking campaign performance and providing insights to drive optimization:

  • Optimize campaigns: Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize ROI, particularly when working with smaller budgets.

6. Brand Marketing Support

Collaborating with the branding and design teams, you will help refine messaging and create strategic content that resonates with the target audience. Responsibilities include:

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or paid media management.

  • Proven success in running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, including email marketing and automation workflows.

  • Experience with CMS platforms for making basic website updates (coding experience is not required).
