Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Fully Remote (Work From Home)
Work Hours: Full-time (40+ hours per week), Monday to Friday, with flexibility around UK hours.
Salary: £1900-£2500 per month during the 3-month probationary period.

Key Responsibilities
Media Buying Strategy
- Build and Execute Strategy: Develop comprehensive media buying strategies, including TOF (Top of Funnel), MOF (Middle of Funnel), BOF (Bottom of Funnel) campaigns, budget allocations, and platform selection (e.g., search/GDN/YouTube).
- Optimization Advice: Decide on content spending increases, audience tests, and campaign adjustments to optimize performance.
- Hands-On Ad Management: Extensive experience in managing ads on Meta and Google platforms.
Email Marketing
- Data Segmentation and Strategy: Understand data segmentation and build targeted email marketing strategies.
- Collaborate on Content: Work with the Marketing Lead to develop and approve email strategies and content.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on the performance of email campaigns.
Market Research
- Competitive Analysis: Research competitors to understand their ad strategies, funnels, offers, and brand positioning.
- Social Listening: Monitor client feedback to identify pain points and desires.
- Survey Analysis: Collaborate with the Creative Director to analyze customer survey responses and inform funnel building.
- KPIs/OKRs: Set and track key performance indicators and objectives with clients.
Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Budget Management: Monitor client advertising budgets to prevent overspending.
- Timeline Management: Coordinate with the team to set and adhere to project timelines.
- Creative Input: Provide feedback and ideas to the Creative Director before client presentations.
- Content Tracking: Liaise with Media Buyers to track and share successful content with the Creative Director.
Strategy Building
- Funnel Development: Build and optimize marketing funnels, including lead generation, retargeting, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Creative Outputs: Guide the creative team on the number of assets needed (videos, posters, landing pages) based on campaign requirements.
- CTAs and Offers: Determine the best bundles, offers, and products to focus on, based on KPIs, AOV (Average Order Value), LTV (Lifetime Value), and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
Tracking & Attribution
- Setup and Management: Implement tracking on GA4, GTM, CAPI, and create dashboards via Google Studio.
- Attribution Understanding: Deep knowledge of tracking and attribution across multiple advertising channels.
Requirements
- Expertise in Google and Meta Ads
- Experience in Marketing/Fundraising for NGOs (highly beneficial)
- Proficiency in GA4, Pixels, and other tracking tools
- Strong Email Marketing Skills: Including segmentation and personalization strategies.
- Fluent in English: Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills.
- Ability to Work UK Hours: Flexible working hours are available.
