Location: Remote, United States
Salary: $120,700 – $140,300 Annually
Position Overview:
As a Digital Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering customer outcomes through data-driven engagement across the customer lifecycle. You’ll work closely with various departments including Sales, Marketing, Data Science, and Product Support, ensuring that each customer receives value, enhanced ROI, and optimized satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Work with economic buyers and license administrators to activate production licenses, offering a personalized experience.
- Digital Communication: Resolve customer needs by connecting them with the right resources via digital mediums (Email, Blogs, 1engagements).
- Outcome Documentation: Record verified outcomes with customers to support account expansion.
- Data-Driven Actions: Respond promptly and efficiently to data-driven call-to-actions within Gainsight across your portfolio.
- Best Practices: Implement and refine best practice customer engagement strategies, continuously providing feedback to improve the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role (CSM, Consultant, Project Management, Sales Engineer, etc.).
- Certification: Core or Advanced Certification in Alteryx Designer is preferred.
- Growth Mindset: Embrace change positively and be comfortable with learning from failures.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with analytics software and explore data to uncover new customer insights.
- Account Management: Capable of managing 50+ accounts at different lifecycle stages.
- Communication: Able to quantify and communicate customer outcomes both internally and externally.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: On Target Earnings (base + bonus incentive) range from $120,700 to $140,300 annually.
