About the Role

Our client, a Christian organization focused on building an online community for Christian women, is seeking a talented Digital Business Developer. This role involves serving as a community manager for an online dating program for single Christian women. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in organic sales strategies and digital marketing, with the goal of driving more conversions into the community.

Position: Digital Sales Specialist

Location: Lagos (Fully Remote)

Salary: ₦180,000 – ₦200,000 (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Generate leads for digital sales.
  • Product Development: Develop products for the target market.
  • Sales Funnel Development: Create digital sales funnels using social media tools.
  • Sales Process Management: Own and manage the entire sales process.
  • Subscriber Management: Create and manage digital subscriber lists and groups.
  • Community Management: Oversee and engage with the online community.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for product marketing.
  • Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • SEO: Utilize SEO and digital marketing knowledge to build a prospect list.
  • Prospect Engagement: Manage digital contact lists and engage prospects with the goal of conversion.
  • Survey Execution: Occasionally conduct surveys to gather insights.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years managing digital growth strategy for a corporate brand, with a proven track record of driving sales and conversions through digital marketing.
  • SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
