Role Overview

We’re seeking a Design Director, Brand and Marketing to lead our brand and marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of our privacy solutions into the overall user experience. This role involves aligning brand and marketing strategies with company goals and driving innovation across channels and platforms. You’ll be working collaboratively with teams to deliver user-centric design strategies that elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute brand and marketing design strategies that align with company goals.
  • Ensure Consistency: Oversee brand integration across products, ensuring a consistent and unified user experience.
  • Lead and Mentor: Guide and develop team members, leveraging their strengths and fostering growth.
  • Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities for high-impact initiatives and lead their execution with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data to guide strategic decisions and improve brand and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10+ years in brand and marketing design, with 4+ years in leadership roles at global consumer brands.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to translate company goals into actionable design strategies.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Data Proficiency: Skilled in using qualitative and quantitative data for decision-making.
  • Creative Leadership: Demonstrated hands-on leadership in design, with expertise in tools like Figma.
  • Team Development: Experience in mentoring and managing teams or individuals.
