Job Position: Demand Planner

Location: 100% Remote (Worldwide)

Salary: $2.5K – $3K per month

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Demand Planner who can excel in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing product-related tasks such as orders, re-orders, and inventory management, while also providing administrative support across various areas of the business as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing: Handle orders, re-orders, and oversee inventory management to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for product optimization and improvement.
  • Coordination: Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support business operations.
  • Monitoring: Keep track of inventory levels and collaborate with relevant teams to forecast demand.
  • Prevention: Prevent stockouts and overstock situations through effective inventory management.
  • Support: Provide administrative assistance to other teams, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and organizing meetings.
  • Flexibility: Assist in other areas such as finance, HR, and operations, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.
  • Research: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
  • Insights: Provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in product management, inventory control, or related roles, preferably with small businesses.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Experience: Previous experience in shipping and vendor management.
  • Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in fashion or apparel merchandising.
