Key Responsibilities
Data Entry
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Verify data from customer orders, invoices, and other documents.
- Conduct routine audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
Customer Service
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and providing relevant product information.
- Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and service requests.
- Work closely with team members to meet data entry and customer service targets.
Qualifications
Experience
- Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and databases is a plus.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, focused on customer satisfaction.
