Key Responsibilities

Data Entry

  • Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Verify data from customer orders, invoices, and other documents.
  • Conduct routine audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records for easy retrieval.

Customer Service

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and providing relevant product information.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up as necessary.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth processing of orders and service requests.
  • Work closely with team members to meet data entry and customer service targets.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Prior experience in data entry, customer service, or related roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and databases is a plus.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
