What You Need to Succeed
- 1+ year of people management experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex issues strategically.
- Excellent communication and empathy skills, fostering a supportive and connected team.
- Detail-oriented, with a dedication to maintaining high service standards across the team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $69,000 – $88,000 (base pay, excluding bonuses and other benefits).
