Position: Customer Support Specialist

Location: Fully Remote (Nigeria)

Compensation: $10 – $15 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Act as the primary contact for customers, delivering prompt and professional assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Technical Support: Help customers troubleshoot technical issues, guiding them through our product features and functionalities.
  • Order Management: Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing our support processes and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer service or a related field with a history of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
