Salary: $600.00 – $900.00 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, Zoom, and phone, ensuring friendly, professional communication.
- Zoom Course Assistance: Facilitate course kick-offs on Zoom and help customers log in smoothly.
- Inquiry Management: Respond to phone inquiries and web submissions about course approvals, receipts, and certificates.
- CRM Management: Use Salesforce to log and track interactions, ensuring accurate records.
- Team Collaboration: Keep up with company updates and policies, offering support aligned with customer service standards.

- Efficient Course Access: Ensure customers access live courses with minimal issues.
- Positive Experiences: Deliver courteous, professional service that reflects company values.
