Role: Customer Support Operator

What You Will Be Doing
- Responding to Customer Queries: Engage with customers via chat to provide prompt, professional assistance and information.
- Problem Solving: Analyze customer issues and offer solutions or answers to their inquiries.
- Product Expertise: Gain deep understanding of Sumsub’s products to deliver accurate and helpful support.
- Customer Relations: Listen empathetically to customer complaints, finding resolutions that align with company policies.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of chat interactions, including issues and resolutions for reference and analysis.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product changes, updates, and industry trends to offer relevant assistance.
- Feedback and Improvement: Provide insights to management on common customer issues, improvement suggestions, and chat support enhancements.
- Team Collaboration: Work with customer support team members, supervisors, and specialists on complex or escalated issues.
About You
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in Customer Support in B2B/B2C environments.
- Tools: Proficiency in Zendesk, LiveChat, and Slack.
- Availability: Ability to work weekends while maintaining a 5-day workweek schedule.
- Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, empathy, adaptability, time management, and positive attitude.
- Language: Advanced proficiency in English.
