Location: 100% Remote (United States)

Salary: $18 – $20/hr

The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will:

  • Approach user inquiries with an open-minded and attentive attitude, ensuring their concerns are fully heard.
  • Gather information from users to efficiently reach solutions by collaborating with various departments.
  • Create lasting impressions through transparent and honest communication.
  • Assist with Tier 1 level customer inquiries, ranging from account creation to gameplay explanations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer support via live chat, addressing inquiries related to account management and financial transactions.
  • Provide comprehensive technical assistance to both web and mobile app users.
  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for users, ensuring their successful adoption of the app.

Even Better If You Have:

  • Experience with Intercom or other ticketing processor systems.
  • Knowledge of fantasy sports and/or sports betting.
  • 1-2 years of customer support or related experience.

Compensation

  • Targeted compensation rate: $18 – $20/hr, depending on experience, plus equity.
