Job Summary

Togetherwork is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to manage and grow relationships with existing customers, focusing on aged accounts (6+ months) and those not utilizing integrated processing services. This role is critical in driving adoption of integrated processing and reducing churn among credit card processing customers.

Job Title: Customer Success Specialist

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 USD per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Backbook Customer Management: Develop strategies to engage and upsell integrated processing services to existing customers.
  • Churn Prevention: Identify and proactively manage at-risk customers (6+ months), especially those using credit card processing services, and execute retention strategies.
  • Account Analysis: Regularly review account metrics, usage patterns, and feedback to identify engagement opportunities and risks of churn.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Expand product usage and increase revenue within the existing customer base.
  • Customer Education: Create and deliver training sessions to promote full utilization of services, particularly integrated processing.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Insights: Prepare reports on customer health, churn risk, and retention success, providing actionable insights to the team lead.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in customer success, account management, or a related field with a proven track record in customer retention and upselling.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, and experience with CRM platforms and data analysis tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Customer Account Experience: Experience working with long-term customer accounts.
  • Churn Prediction: Familiarity with churn prediction models and customer health scoring.

Salary Range
