Job Summary
The Customer Success Representative ensures an excellent client experience by addressing client and applicant inquiries through phone, email, mail, and live chat. Responsibilities include building client partnerships, maintaining operational goals, meeting key performance indicators, and collaborating with team members to deliver excellent customer service. Limited holiday availability may be required based on business needs.
Job Position: Customer Success Representative
Location: Fully Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: $15.50/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via telephone and other electronic methods.
- Multi-task between phone calls, live chats, and emails to meet service objectives.
- Respond to client/applicant inquiries and conduct investigations to resolve concerns.
- Proactively place calls to clients for status updates and information gathering.
- Follow up on outstanding client exceptions and inquiries.
- Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on company products.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and rapport with clients.
- Collaborate with Operations, Implementations, Sales, and Account Management teams.
- Perform other clerical, administrative, or customer-oriented tasks as assigned.
Education/Experience
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Required: Minimum six (6) months of experience in a customer service role.
- Preferred: One (1) year experience in the background industry.

Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds during remote work station setup.
