Job Position: Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote (Europe Only)
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Low-Touch Customer Success Manager to spearhead all customer success activities. If you have a proven track record in customer success within a SaaS environment and thrive in a low-touch setting, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Advocate: Act as the voice of the customer within the company.
- Client Communication: Manage chat and email communication with clients using Intercom.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues effectively.
- Help Center Management: Develop and manage our help center content, including text and video how-to guides.
- Onboarding Improvement: Enhance and automate the customer onboarding process.
- Retention Strategies: Identify and optimize use cases that lead to customer retention.
- Feature Testing: Test new features and significant releases to ensure quality and usability.
- Product Improvement: Analyze data and provide insights for product enhancements.
- Drive Upgrades: Assist in driving customer upgrades and product adoption.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in customer success within a SaaS company.
- Low-Touch Environment: Proven experience managing customer success in a low-touch environment.
- SaaS Expertise: Strong understanding of SaaS products and the customer success lifecycle.
- Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Hours: Availability to work during European hours.
