Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: ₦150,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients via phone, email, and other channels.
- Provide accurate information about health and social care services.
- Address inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Issue Resolution:
- Identify and promptly resolve client issues.
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors or relevant departments when needed.
- Follow up with clients to ensure complete issue resolution and client satisfaction.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
- Update client information in the database.
- Prepare reports on customer service performance and trends.
Communication:
- Clearly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Keep clients informed about new services, promotions, and updates.
Service Improvement:
- Gather feedback from clients to help improve services.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on company policies.
- Contribute to developing new customer service strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the health and social care sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
- A genuine passion for helping others and improving client experiences.
- Minimum Qualification: Degree

- Knowledge of health and social care services and regulations in the UK is highly desirable.
