Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home)

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our Customer Operations Team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will:

  • Learn our products inside out
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs
  • Identify and apply appropriate solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service through email, telephone, and chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate customer issues, collaborate with peers, and escalate complaints as necessary.
  • Proactive Outreach: Participate in outbound dialing and email projects.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our products and processes.
  • Compliance: Maintain high regulatory compliance, adhering to all company policies.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure effective and efficient resolution of customer issues, contributing to strong NPS and satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Customer service experience in financial services, technology, retail, order management, or employee benefits.
  • Regulated Environment: Experience working in a regulated environment.
  • CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Freshdesk, Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Flexibility: Ability to work outside standard business hours (11 AM-8 PM EST) and willingness to work flexible hours and overtime.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with telephony systems, Google Office Suite, Microsoft Office, and loan operating systems.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of consumer lending principles and experience in Customer Service, Call Centers, Account Management, Banking, or related fields.
