Job Overview:
Joremng is seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth and loyalty.
Position: Customer Relationship Manager
Location: Fully Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: NGN 150,000 – 250,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and expectations.
- Customer Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers and encourage repeat business.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to develop effective customer retention strategies.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with customers to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Customer Outreach: Approach potential clients to establish new relationships and expand the customer base.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Customer Relationship Manager role or similar position within the Customer Service department.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Good negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.
