Job Title: Customer Implementation Pilot
Location: Fully Remote, Work From Anywhere
Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Implementation Pilot to join our amazing team of A-players and drive instant impact for our customers. This role requires managing customer implementations, driving product adoption, and creating and maintaining an effective onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Implementations: Manage and drive multiple customer implementations simultaneously, ensuring each customer’s unique needs are met.
- Product Knowledge: Understand and communicate all features of our product in a relatable and engaging way to clients.
- Engaging Presentations: Create engaging onboarding experiences and presentations that resonate with clients.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Identify and propose solutions to streamline the implementation process and improve customer experiences.
- Client Feedback: Seek and act on client feedback to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Daily Activities:
- Oversee implementations from start to finish, monitoring progress and resolving issues to meet deadlines.
- Help clients fully understand and benefit from using LeadSimple.
- Proactively suggest improvements to streamline the implementation process.
- Create an onboarding experience that fosters client success stories.
- Use a consultative approach to uncover unmet needs and propose new work that drives additional sales.
- Document client requests and recommend product enhancements.
Expectations for Your First 90 Days:
- Identify the user activation point: when the first process is built and engagement with key product features occurs.
- Educate customers on property management best practices and use cases.
- Manage multiple one-to-one consulting projects concurrently while keeping 90% of projects on track.
- Track customer requests and use Canny effectively to ensure development teams have all the necessary details.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing customer implementations and driving product adoption.
- Extensive product knowledge and the ability to communicate features engagingly.
- Ability to handle multiple implementations simultaneously.
- Excellent consultative skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of emotional maturity and an optimistic “can do” attitude.
- Ability to work independently and own the outcome.
