Job Position: Customer Experience Representative

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $16 Hourly

About the Role

The Kiosk Customer Experience Representative at KeyMe is essential to our growth and customer satisfaction. As the public face of our key-copying and locksmith startup, you’ll handle a high volume of calls, online chats, and emails from both new and existing customers. You will be the first point of contact for individuals in tough lockout situations, requiring empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Answer incoming calls, online chats, and emails regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns.
  • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish positive rapport with every caller.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product information and company policies through collaboration with the management team.
  • Problem Solving: Turn frustrated clients into repeat customers by effectively solving their problems.
  • Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service (startup experience not required)
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a call center or equivalent education/training
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Experience with high volume calls and emails, Zendesk, Twilio, and Google Docs is a plus
  • Wifi connection of at least 50MBPS for work use
  • Fluency in Spanish and English preferred
