
Position Overview
Bondoc Roofing, based in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Care Representative and Dispatcher. In this role, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for coordinating dispatch services and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Job Title: Customer Care Rep and Dispatcher
Location: 100% Remote (Work From Anywhere)
Salary: $5/hr for the first 90 days, $7/hr thereafter
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM CST
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries and dispatch calls via phone and email.
- Dispatch Management: Efficiently organize and dispatch service calls, optimizing routes and ensuring timely service.
- Data Entry: Accurately input client information, payments, and confidential data into company systems.
- Customer Satisfaction: Exceed client expectations by providing excellent customer support and ensuring all calls are handled professionally.
- Office Support: Assist in various administrative tasks, ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must.
- Previous experience in customer service or dispatching is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
