Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

  • Write and Edit High-Quality Content: Produce engaging blog posts, website content, social media updates, and marketing materials tailored to the target audience.
  • Content Research & Industry Trends: Stay updated with business trends, news, and industry developments to create relevant and insightful content.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
  • Content Structuring & Consistency: Ensure all content maintains a consistent tone, style, and brand voice across platforms.
  • Website Content Management: Regularly update and optimize website content to enhance user experience and visibility.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Social Media Management: Oversee company social media pages, post updates, and engage with audiences to drive engagement.
  • Content Promotion: Share and promote content across digital platforms to increase reach and brand awareness.
  • Visual Content Support: Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to create multimedia content, including graphics and video scripts.
  • Brand Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives to enhance the company’s brand identity and messaging.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Content Performance Analysis: Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content based on performance data.
  • Marketing Campaign Support: Contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Competitor Analysis: Study competitors’ content strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-Level
  • Experience Length: 2-4 years in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing.

Technical & Creative Skills

  • SEO & Keyword Research: Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and content optimization.
  • Digital Content Writing: Experience creating content for websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
