Flag Theory is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional for the role of Client Onboarding for Corporate Services in the Bank Accounts department. This remote position focuses on assisting clients in the onboarding process, particularly with bank account openings and potentially company incorporations.

Job Title: Client Onboarding for Corporate Services (Bank Accounts Department)

Location: Remote (Europe)

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Take over closed deals from the sales department and guide clients through the onboarding process, specifically for bank account openings and related services.
  • KYC Assistance: Provide hands-on support to clients in accurately completing KYC forms and documentation, ensuring compliance with jurisdiction-specific requirements.
  • Client Support: Offer fast-paced and uninterrupted support to clients via email or phone, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Vendor Communication: Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery of services, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for the processes you manage, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Client Satisfaction: Strive to improve client response rates and overall satisfaction with Flag Theory’s services.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in a B2B customer success or client onboarding role, preferably in corporate services or a banking environment.
  • KYC Knowledge: Strong understanding of KYC processes, with hands-on experience in this area.
  • Skills:
    • Self-Motivation: A proactive and self-starter attitude with a desire to learn new skills.
    • Organization: Ability to prioritize and self-organize based on the needs of the business.
    • Communication: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Location: Must be based in Europe, with the ability to overlap with European morning to early afternoon business hours.
  • Remote Experience: At least 6+ months of experience working remotely.

Preferred Qualifications

  • KYC Expertise: Experience with KYC processes for company incorporations and/or bank account openings is a significant plus.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with HubSpot and customer support tools like HelpScout.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in additional languages such as Spanish, German, Chinese, or Russian is advantageous but not mandatory.
