Position: Business Outreach Associate

Location: 100% Remote (Work From Anywhere)

Salary: $1,200 – $1,300 per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads via LinkedIn and cold email outreach, aiming to expand our client base.
  • Creative Copywriting: Craft engaging and persuasive copy tailored to ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to capture potential clients’ attention.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify potential companies, ICPs, and buyer personas for targeted outreach.
  • Customized Outreach: Develop and implement tailored email campaigns to effectively engage potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain open and effective communication with leads, converting them into qualified sales opportunities.
  • Tools Utilization: Leverage Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance lead generation efforts.

  • Qualified Leads: Consistently generate and convert leads into qualified sales opportunities, supporting company growth.
  • Engagement: Utilize creative writing skills to engage potential clients, increasing interest and interactions.
  • Strategic Targeting: Demonstrate an understanding of ICPs, effectively tailoring communication to their needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales, with expertise in targeting and engaging ICPs. Familiarity with Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills for crafting engaging outreach messages.
  • Research Skills: Strong market research abilities to identify potential companies and buyer personas.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in outreach efforts.
  • Time Management: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
  • Remote Work Proficiency: Independent, self-motivated, and collaborative in a remote work setting.
