Salary: $1,200 – $1,300 per month
Role Overview
As a Business Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in expanding our client base by developing strategic lead generation initiatives and executing targeted outreach campaigns. Your responsibilities will include market research, creative copywriting, and effective communication with potential clients. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, communicative, and passionate about lead generation and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn and cold email outreach to expand the client base.
- Creative Copywriting: Develop engaging and compelling copy tailored to ideal customer profiles (ICPs) to captivate potential clients.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential companies, ICPs, and buyer personas for a targeted outreach approach.
- Customized Outreach: Design and execute personalized email outreach strategies and campaigns to engage potential clients effectively.
- Communication: Build relationships with leads through effective communication, converting them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Tool Utilization: Leverage Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance lead generation efforts and identify potential prospects.
Success Indicators
- Qualified Leads: Regularly generate and convert leads into qualified sales opportunities, driving company growth and revenue.
- Engaging Communication: Use creative copywriting to effectively engage and resonate with potential clients, resulting in increased interest and interaction.
- Strategic Targeting: Demonstrate a strong understanding of ICPs, tailoring communication to address their specific needs and preferences.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales roles, with expertise in targeting and engaging ICPs. Familiarity with Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of crafting engaging and persuasive outreach messages.
- Research Skills: Strong market research skills to identify potential companies, ICPs, and buyer personas.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all outreach efforts.
- Time Management: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Remote Work Proficiency: Independent and self-motivated, capable of working effectively in a remote setting with strong collaboration skills.
