Lumivero, a leader in data-intelligence software, is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to spearhead outbound demand generation and build relationships with key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Engage and qualify senior executives and key stakeholders.
- Partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth.
- Track and forecast sales activities using Salesforce and Outreach.io.
- Present Lumivero’s portfolio of data-intelligence SaaS products, articulating their value proposition to potential clients.
- Build long-term relationships with prospects, addressing their pain points with consultative sales approaches.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of outbound BDR experience in a SaaS/B2B sales environment.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, or similar CRM and sales tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced B2B setting.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling data intelligence SaaS software to large enterprises.
- Understanding of academic research software and analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
