About the Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in our growth strategy by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. You will be at the forefront of our outbound demand generation efforts, actively building relationships with senior executives, and driving conversations that position Reserv as the go-to solution in the insurtech space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting and strategic outreach.
  • Build relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct research to understand customer pain points and demonstrate how Reserv’s solutions can address their challenges.
  • Track and forecast all activities using Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Sales Navigator.
  • Present Reserv’s cutting-edge AI-powered solutions, articulating the value proposition effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets through lead generation and client engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in outbound SaaS/B2B sales, preferably within the insurance or fintech industry.
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify leads, and drive sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach.io, and Sales Navigator.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a passion for business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with insurtech, fintech, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven technology solutions and digital transformation trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
