Job Title: Business Development Representative
Location: 100% Remote (Worldwide )
Salary: $22,000 – $42,000
Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
- Reach out to cold leads via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest.
- Exceed quotas/KPIs by understanding industry-specific and product knowledge.
- Probe deeper during calls to uncover prospects’ needs and demonstrate value.
- Create cadences for targeted lead outreach.
- Manage your pipeline using CRMs.
Qualifications
- Proven success in cold outreach and lead generation.
- Strong track record of exceeding quotas/KPIs.
- Experience in probing for prospect needs and showing value.
- Ability to create targeted outreach cadences.
- Proficient in using CRMs.
Expectations for the First 90 Days
- First 30 Days: Articulate LeadSimple’s value proposition and make prospect calls using our sales model.
- By 60 Days: Understand the property management industry and achieve 50% of quota (10 SQLs/month).
- By 90 Days: Own the prospecting cycle independently and hit 100% of quota (20 SQLs/month).
Daily Responsibilities
- Conduct 40+ outbound calls, emails, and texts to generate and qualify leads.
- Coordinate demo schedules.
- Cultivate relationships and build trust with clients.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to assess lead quality.
- Maintain CRM databases and meet pipeline quotas.
- Report on weekly results.
- Innovate and implement creative sales strategies.
