Job Summary
As a Remote Business Analysis Instructor, you will deliver engaging, hands-on instruction to students, guiding them through real-world business analysis scenarios and practical labs. Your primary responsibility is to prepare students for globally recognized certifications and support them in developing industry-ready skills.

Key Responsibilities
Instruction & Course Delivery
- Teach business analysis courses in an interactive and engaging manner.
- Use real-world case studies, industry tools, and hands-on labs to enhance student learning.
- Ensure students gain practical skills in data analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence.
Certification Preparation & Mentorship
- Guide students in preparing for top industry certifications, including:
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
- Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Offer personalized feedback and mentorship to help students achieve their career goals.
Continuous Course Improvement
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to update and enhance course materials.
- Stay up to date with business analysis trends, software, and methodologies.
Student Engagement & Support
- Provide constructive feedback on assignments and projects.
- Support students through one-on-one coaching sessions and Q&A forums.
Requirements
Educational & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Industry-recognized certifications (CBAP, CAP, CMA, or CFA) are highly preferred.
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in a business analysis, data analytics, or financial modeling role.
- Strong knowledge of business intelligence tools, data visualization, and financial forecasting.
- Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience with remote instruction, e-learning platforms, and virtual collaboration tools.
Technical & Soft Skills
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Python for data analysis.
- Ability to create an engaging and interactive virtual learning environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
