Internship Overview
This internship provides an opportunity to develop essential Backend Development skills under a structured and well-curated curriculum. Ideal for:
- SIWES students
- NYSC members
- Graduates seeking post-NYSC experience
- Individuals looking to upskill in software development
Note: This is an unpaid internship, with only NYSC participants eligible for stipends.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in a self-study curriculum designed to teach Backend Development fundamentals.
- Complete hands-on tasks and real-world projects aligned with our program’s curriculum.
- Work alongside mentors and industry leaders, applying skills to actual challenges.
- SIWES and NYSC participants may be required on-site as per ITF and NYSC guidelines.
Requirements
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Java; familiarity with backend frameworks like Spring, Flyway, or Quarkus is a plus.
- Analytical Ability: Strong mathematical skills, interest in Machine Learning and AI are advantages.
- Soft Skills: Excellent time management, organizational skills, and accountability to performance metrics.
- Learning-Oriented: Resourceful, adaptable, and open to feedback.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
