Pyramid Consulting is seeking a skilled Administrative Services Analyst to join our team. This remote position is ideal for professionals with strong data entry and administrative skills who can work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for delivering essential administrative services and supporting business operations within a high-volume environment.

Position: Administrative Services Analyst

Location: 100% Remote (United States)

Compensation: $24.43 per hour

Contract Duration: 3+ months with potential for extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Accurately input data and manage multiple applications simultaneously to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Administrative Support: Perform routine administrative tasks, adhering to clearly defined procedures, while also handling more complex assignments as needed.
  • Process Management: Understand and follow business processes, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the required standards.
  • System Navigation: Locate and interpret complex information across various systems, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory-related tasks, meeting daily quotas and maintaining consistency in performance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience:
    • 6 months to 1 year+ experience in administrative roles, preferably in a high-volume environment.
    • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Experience working with various systems and applications.
  • Technical Requirements: Stable internet connection with at least 5 Mbps upload speed and 10 Mbps download speed.
