Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and calls.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan business trips, including accommodations and logistics, ensuring cost-efficiency.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings; take minutes and follow up on tasks.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain confidential files and records for easy access and retrieval.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
  • Personal Support: Assist the CEO with personal appointments and tasks as needed.
  • Special Projects: Support the CEO with ad-hoc projects, from strategic planning to event coordination.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Proficiency in Google Workplace and relevant software
    • Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
    • Prior administrative support or customer service experience preferred
  • Education:
    • Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s degree
    • Tech-savvy, hardworking, and eager to learn
    • Must have a reliable internet connection, working laptop, and ability to work Central Standard Time (9 am – 5 pm CST / 3 pm – 11 pm WAT)
