Position: Account Manager: PC and Computing

Location: 100% Remote, Work From Anywhere

Salary: $2,000 – $2,500 per month

Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner accounts in the PC and computing industry, including major brands like Lenovo and HP.
  • Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring alignment on business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to PC and computing partners, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with PC and computing partners to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at driving sales, expanding market presence, and maximizing profitability.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the PC and computing sector.

Market Analysis

  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis specific to the PC and computing industry to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Leverage data to inform decision-making and stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends.

Pricing Strategy

  • Analyze pricing dynamics and market trends within the PC and computing sector to develop competitive pricing strategies.
  • Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions and partner feedback.

Merchandising

  • Optimize product assortment, placement, and presentation on our online platform, ensuring a compelling and user-friendly shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop exclusive product offerings and promotions.

Marketing Collaboration

  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams and PC and computing partners to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Leverage community insights to enhance marketing strategies and engage with target audiences.

Communication and Coordination

  • Ensure seamless communication and collaboration between all parties involved.
  • Keep all stakeholders and documents up to date, ensuring clarity and alignment on objectives and progress.

Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue through sales and increased marketing funding by identifying and securing new opportunities.
  • Develop and get approval for marketing plans from major PC and computing brands like Lenovo and HP.

Launch Management

  • Manage all new PC and computing product launches and inventory.
  • Develop and implement strong sales and marketing plans around each new launch to maximize visibility and sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, merchandising, or marketing, preferably within the PC and computing industry.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics or e-commerce industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proven track record of driving results and exceeding targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
