Our client, a well-established provider of print and marketing services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Remote Account Manager. This role focuses on managing client relationships, handling inquiries, processing orders, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. If you have experience in a client-facing role, proficiency in HubSpot, and a strong focus on client retention, this is the ideal role for you.

Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Salary: $1,000 – $1,500 per month

Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Order Handling: Answer calls, manage order inquiries, and accurately process orders through HubSpot and other platforms.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients, maximizing revenue.
  • Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and build long-term relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
  • HubSpot Utilization: Utilize HubSpot to manage client interactions, track orders, and maintain detailed records of communications.

  • Effective Client Management: Proactively manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, resolving inquiries promptly.
  • Accurate Order Processing: Efficiently handle order inquiries and process them accurately to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Client-Facing Experience: Proven experience in a client-facing role, with strong relationship management and customer service skills.
  • HubSpot Proficiency: Demonstrable proficiency with HubSpot for managing client interactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Order Management Skills: Ability to efficiently handle order inquiries, data entry, and process orders with accuracy.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Experience identifying and acting on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
  • Fluency in English: Native fluency in both verbal and written English is required.
