Role: Account Manager

Location: 100% Remote (Work From Home)

As an Account Manager at Lendsqr, you will develop and leverage long-term relationships with clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will act as the liaison between customers and our cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Primary Contact: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers via email, phone, online presentations, screen-sharing, and in-person meetings.
  • Trusted Advisor: Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and executive sponsors.
  • Timely Delivery: Ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet customer objectives.
  • Progress Communication: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
  • Metrics Tracking: Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Client Satisfaction: Keep clients satisfied and provide exceptional day-to-day client service.
  • Usage Monitoring: Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product.
  • Onboarding: Work with the Sales team to onboard new clients and develop existing client relationships.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the intermediary between customers and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of a 2:1 degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in product management, product specialization, sales, customer support, or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of fintech and technical products.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and a quick learning ability.
  • Analytical Skills: High analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
