Role Overview: Account Manager
The Account Manager at Lendsqr will focus on building and sustaining long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary contact for customer success and satisfaction. You’ll work closely with key business executives and internal teams to ensure that our fintech solutions meet customer needs, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance. This role demands strong client engagement and portfolio management skills.
Note: This position is currently open to Nigerian residents only.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, establishing long-term relationships.
- Support clients via email, phone, virtual presentations, and in-person meetings.
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executives.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer objectives.
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
- Forecast and track account metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep current clients satisfied by delivering exceptional service daily.
- Monitor and analyze customer usage of our products to optimize experience.
- Work with the Sales team to onboard new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Minimum 2:1 degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years in roles such as Product Manager, Product Specialist, Sales Associate, or Customer Support.
- Fintech Knowledge: Understanding of fintech and technical products is essential.
