Impact in This Role:
Join Fictiv as an Account Executive, working with top-tier companies to bring innovative products to market. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements and configuring optimal solutions that improve time-to-market and meet budget constraints. You will develop strategic manufacturing contracts that enable clients to create groundbreaking products swiftly. Your leadership will be key in coordinating with Fictiv’s skilled team to support opportunities.
You will deliver compelling sales presentations, organize site visits, and product demonstrations. Building senior-level relationships with business leaders, you’ll gain their trust to partner with Fictiv for all their manufacturing needs. You’ll also evaluate business priorities against design requirements and production schedules to propose solutions that meet customer expectations.

Job Title: Remote Account Executive
Location: Remote (United States)
Salary: $110,000 Annually
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic account business plans for target accounts in your region.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting.
- Secure opportunities with prototyping, ramp, production, and long-term strategic manufacturing contracts.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting in Salesforce.com.
- Lead and manage customer contract negotiations.
- Build long-term relationships with key customer decision-makers.
- Become an expert in the product development needs, plans, and challenges of your accounts.
- Establish Fictiv’s reputation as a leading virtual contract manufacturer.
- Spend over 10% of your time out of the office meeting with customers.
- Ensure the overall success of your customers by involving the appropriate Fictiv team members.
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of working remotely and developing account plans.
- Experience in manufacturing or a related industry is required.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Expertise with modern sales tools (CRM, Sequencing, Prospecting, Collaboration).
- BS/BA degree preferred.
