About the Role
In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing deals—while building strong relationships with potential customers. You’ll leverage multi-channel outreach, including calls, emails, LinkedIn, SMS, chat, and video, to connect with and convert leads.
We’re looking for a proactive, results-driven sales professional who can adapt quickly, experiment with AI-powered sales strategies, and help shape the future of sales at Close.
You’ll report to: Sr. Director of Sales and Customer Success, Liz Stephany.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Lead Management
- Engage, qualify, and convert inbound leads through consultative selling.
- Manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
- Leverage CRM tools to track interactions and optimize your sales pipeline.
Customer Engagement & Outreach
- Use phone, email, LinkedIn, SMS, chat, and video to connect with prospects.
- Respond quickly to high-intent leads through live chat and other real-time channels.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with a customer-first mindset.
Sales Optimization & Experimentation
- Utilize AI-driven sales strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Test and refine sales techniques to improve performance.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in SaaS and CRM sales.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of full-cycle sales experience (Account Executive or Business Development Representative).
- Strong knowledge of SaaS, CRM, coaching, or marketing agency industries.
- Experience using multi-channel sales strategies, including LinkedIn and video outreach.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and sales tools.
- Curious, empathetic, and customer-focused—you thrive on solving problems and providing tailored solutions.
- Driven and ambitious—you take initiative and work hard to achieve results.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- US-based (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time).
