About the Role
As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, carers, and healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for patients and visitors to therapy clinics.
- Manage inquiries, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of workloads.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential Requirements:
- Good educational background with GCSEs in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications (NVQ Level 3).
- Demonstrated customer service experience and the ability to manage workloads effectively.
- Basic computer literacy with strong organizational skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Training in reception/customer service or relevant administrative fields.
- Experience in NHS or healthcare settings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and healthcare databases like ICHIS/Cerner/PAS.
