Job Summary
- Position: Quality Manager – Social Care
- Location: Horsham, United Kingdom
- Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
- Salary: £42,500 per year
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement continuous improvement programs and projects across the organization.
- Develop auditing tools and maintain audit and compliance systems to support service quality.
- Act as a Quality Improvement Lead for services requiring enhanced support to meet regulatory or organizational standards.
- Lead improvement initiatives, creating process maps, procedures, and documentation.
- Utilize data and performance metrics to evaluate and enhance service outcomes.
- Collaborate with Home Managers and external stakeholders to share best practices.
- Mentor managers to improve their services and develop robust Service Development Plans.
Qualifications & Experience
- Significant management experience in social care, particularly with learning disabilities.
- Relevant professional qualifications.
- Proven track record of service improvement within a social care setting.
- Strong problem-solving and change management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification for process enhancement.
- Experience mentoring and coaching managers and teams.
- Ability to lead by example and embody the organization’s values.
- Strong digital skills.
Requirements
- Driving Licence (required).
- Experience in quality assurance (minimum 2 years).
- Social care experience (minimum 3 years preferred).
- Work authorization in the United Kingdom.
