Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist, Contact Center, Customer Relations

Location: 100% Remote, Work From Anywhere

Salary: $41,000 – $93,000 a year

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of products, policies, marketing campaigns, market events, and contact center performance requirements.
  • Call Monitoring: Lead call monitoring programs to identify and address needs and expectations of inquirers. Evaluate and provide feedback to call center agents and leaders.
  • Email Evaluation: Observe and evaluate email correspondence to assess demeanor, accuracy, performance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Call Calibration: Coordinate and facilitate call calibration sessions for contact center staff.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Provide real-time feedback and coaching documentation to contact center team members and leadership.
  • Escalation Point: Serve as a point of inquiry escalation for contact center agents.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of Contact Center experience and 2-3 years of Customer Relations experience. A combination of experience and/or education will be considered.

  • Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing).
