The North London NHS Foundation Trust (NLFT) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to lead impactful projects aimed at improving services for children and young people with Neurodiverse conditions, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This role is crucial in supporting the development and implementation of innovative, standardized pathways that ensure equitable and high-quality care across North London.
Key Responsibilities
Project Development & Management
- Develop detailed project plans for the Neurodevelopmental (ASD/ADHD) change programme.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring milestones are met within time, budget, and quality parameters.
- Coordinate dependencies and manage interfaces between various projects.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Present complex project information clearly to stakeholders, including clinicians and senior management.
Operational Support
- Support a standardized project management approach across all activities.
