About the Role

Join our team as a Project Manager supporting the Greater Manchester Trust Provider Collaborative (TPC), an initiative designed to improve healthcare delivery across the region. This is a critical role focused on scoping, coordinating, and delivering projects that align with Greater Manchester’s strategic healthcare objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting Coordination: Support preparation, follow-up, and smooth operation of TPC group meetings.
  • Project Delivery: Scope, plan, and manage multiple projects aligned with Greater Manchester’s healthcare transformation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior managers, clinicians, and a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Review and interpret data to extract key insights and themes.
  • Governance: Ensure all proposals and documentation align with governance requirements.
  • Risk Management: Address and resolve unexpected challenges while maintaining project goals.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate plans and updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Evidence of continued professional development in areas such as project delivery, risk management, and change management.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading change projects using recognized methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate project staff in a matrix environment.

Desirable:

  • PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
  • Experience managing projects within healthcare or social care environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
