Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager at Ulster University, your duties will include:

- Lead and manage a variety of construction-related projects from initiation through to completion and occupancy.

Qualifications & Skills
Essential Criteria:
- Project Management experience within construction and estates-related projects.
- Strong understanding of construction project management methodologies and techniques.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Desirable Criteria:
- Chartered status with a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS, APM).
- Experience in higher education environments or similar public-sector organizations.
