Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

  • Project Management experience within construction and estates-related projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction project management methodologies and techniques.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A relevant degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Chartered status with a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS, APM).
