We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering strategic projects on time and within scope. As part of the Business Admin Team, you will play a key role in advancing our ambitious Medicines Optimisation Strategy and other high-impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities include:
- Strategic Project Delivery – Overseeing and executing projects that drive the success of the Medicines Optimisation Strategy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Working closely with senior leadership, clinical teams, and other key stakeholders to meet critical project milestones.
- Prince2 Methodology – Utilizing structured project management approaches to ensure project success.
- Risk Management & Reporting – Identifying project risks, producing assurance reports, and ensuring transparency at every stage.
- Hybrid Working & Travel – Combining remote work with onsite collaboration across various trust locations as required.
- Continuous Improvement – Contributing to service transformation, enhancing efficiency, and optimizing patient care delivery.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner Certification or similar project management qualification.
- Proven experience in project management within the public sector.
- Strong leadership and relationship management skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Excellent financial management skills, including project budget tracking and expenditure management.
Desirable Skills & Additional Qualifications
- Certifications in Change Management, Risk Management, or Benefits Realization.
- Experience in healthcare project management, particularly service transformation.
- Familiarity with Visio software and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, including experience working with complex data sets.
