About the Role

The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of the Health Equity for Health Security Strategy. Salary: £40,661–£50,472 per year

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage elements of the Health Equity for Health Security Strategy.
  • Coordinate and monitor action plans, ensuring timely reporting to the Health Equity Board.
  • Use project management techniques to manage risks, opportunities, and issues.
  • Develop and present reports, process maps, and project documentation.
  • Direct and motivate cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
  • Oversee governance, monitoring, and evaluation processes.
  • Deliver presentations and communicate complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven record of managing strategic projects, including monitoring and evaluation.
  • Experience in presenting complex ideas to large audiences.
  • Substantial experience in report writing and process mapping.
  • Background in the health sector is highly desirable.
