Key Responsibilities

Programme Management & Support

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage administrative aspects of both digital and non-digital projects.
  • Maintain a comprehensive action log of network tasks and ensure timely communication with team members.
  • Organize and administer meetings, workshops, and large-scale events for up to 300 attendees.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for network programmes, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and regional partners.
  • Use communication and negotiation skills to align stakeholders on project objectives and timelines.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze project data and present it using graphics, visuals, and narratives tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and maintain action lists to support smooth project execution.

Administrative Excellence

  • Develop and maintain a robust programme support infrastructure in line with Project Management methodology.
  • Ensure all tasks align with health and safety regulations and NHS standards.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements

  • Education: Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Project Management: Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management, and information analysis.
  • Organizational Ability: Exceptional multitasking skills to manage a diverse workload independently.

Desirable Skills

  • Certification in Project Management.
  • Experience with database query tools and data analysis.

Compliance

  • Disclosure and Barring Service Check: This role requires a background check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
  • Criminal record certificates may be required for applicants residing abroad in the past 10 years.
